On Monday, we were introduced to the topic of trigonometric ratios and Pythagoras theorem. We were asked to state our previous knowledge regarding the topic, the response were not very specific, yet, it had a rough idea of the perimeters and an unstable understanding. With the provision of certain materials , we were then requested to research deeper into the lesson. The research came to be a great development for us and all the other students, it increased the span of knowledge we had, most of us were pretty clear with our new topic however weren't thorough. The teacher then bought up a discussion and presentation time , this is when all the students successfully gained full knowledge ,it had a positive impact on us and we developed a great sense of liking towards the introduced topic. The fact that we all got a chance to present our views on the research and throw challenge questions at each other made the lesson very active and on the other hand, it sharpened our speaking and critical thinking skills. By the end of the lesson, we were all confident towards trigonometric ratios and Pythagorean theorem
